\tiStore, the home of everything Apple and Africa\u2019s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a highly adaptable and dynamic\u00a0Outlying Operations Roaming Store Manager\u00a0to join our team.
\n\tThis role is based in\u00a0Rosebank, however, the successful candidate will be required to travel and temporarily relocate at short notice to support various iStores across the country where operational support is needed. These locations include iStores in\u00a0Highveld, Mall of the North, Loch Logan, Ilanga, Vaal, and Waterfall.
\n\tAs a Roaming Store Manager, you will take full accountability for store performance during your deployment period, stepping in to stabilise operations, lead teams, and ensure the store delivers on all commercial and customer experience objectives. Assignments may vary in duration depending on business needs.
\n\tAll reasonable costs associated with temporary relocation, including accommodation and travel, will be covered by the business.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tTake full ownership of store operations during deployment periods
\n\tLead, motivate, and stabilise teams to ensure optimal performance
\n\tDrive store performance to meet or exceed sales, financial, and operational targets
\n\tDeliver a world-class customer experience aligned with the iStore brand
\n\tQuickly assess operational challenges and implement effective solutions
\n\tEnsure alignment with company strategy, standards, and processes
\n\tCompile and manage store performance reporting
\n\tBuild strong relationships across various teams and regions<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Tertiary qualification advantageous)
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience managing large teams in a complex, high-turnover retail environment
\n\tStrong matrix management and cross-functional collaboration skills
\n\tProven track record in achieving store targets and driving performance
\n\tRetail operations experience and strong business acumen
\n\tExperience in analysing and reporting on store performance<\/p>\n
