About the Role<\/p>\n
\tAs a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and supporting the broader warehouse team through strong administrative and operational execution.
\n\tThis role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes ownership of processes.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage inventory processes including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking stock
\n\tMaintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies
\n\tProcess and manage\u00a0GRV, GRN, and IBT transactions
\n\tCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery
\n\tManage\u00a0Takealot and related e-commerce fulfilment processes
\n\tGenerate and maintain warehouse reports (stock levels, orders, shipments)
\n\tConduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
\n\tOptimise warehouse space utilisation and storage efficiency
\n\tRespond to internal and external queries regarding stock and deliveries
\n\tProvide administrative support (data capturing, filing, documentation)
\n\tEnsure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12); relevant qualification in Logistics \/ Supply Chain is advantageous
\n\tProven experience in a warehouse or inventory-focused role
\n\tStrong working knowledge of\u00a0warehouse management systems (WMS)
\n\tSyspro experience is highly advantageous
\n\tExperience with\u00a0GRV, GRN, IBT, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Takealot)
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in\u00a0Microsoft Excel and Outlook
\n\tStrong organisational and multitasking skills
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
\n\tAbility to work independently and within a team
\n\tPhysically capable of handling warehouse-related tasks when required<\/p>\n
