JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe primary function is to assist with all aspects of processing customer orders and general administration relating to the sales of the products within the Foodservice sector.
\n\tThe Sales Key Accounts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the management and growth of key client relationships. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative, operational, and communication activities related to major accounts, ensuring a high level of service delivery, accuracy, and efficiency.
\n\tThe role acts as a central point of contact between internal teams and key customers to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tProcess customer orders for Key accounts (direct x6 accounts)
\n\tArrange deliveries with Logistics for clients and follow through until stock is GRV\u2019d
\n\tMake booking timeslots for all accounts and coordinate deliveries
\n\tFollow up with delivery enquiries and troubleshoot delivery issues (after-hours availability essential)
\n\tLiaise with cold store on loadings and special requests
\n\tFollow up with procurement on shipments
\n\tEnsure purchase orders are raised for local purchases and deliveries
\n\tUpdate customer pricing externally as required and ensure SAP pricing is updated accordingly
\n\tComplete PRNs, code transfer documents, dropped sales reports, and other reports required by Sales Manager\/KAM
\n\tCheck stock on hand daily
\n\tAssist with SAP reports as required
\n\tAssist the foodservice department with queries when team members are out of office
\n\tAssist with client distribution centres (Vector\/Digistics) on an ad hoc basis
\n\tMonitor stock tracker and alert Sales Manager\/KAM to low or out-of-stock items
\n\tArrange samples and dispatch, and assist with promotional activities
\n\tComplete and submit take-on forms internally and externally, including generating SAP codes
\n\tManage stock rotation, under 100kg stock, and short-dated stock
\n\tAssist finance with credit queries
\n\tProvide relief for team members on leave
\n\tHandle any other reasonable team support requests
\n\tResolve customer queries, complaints, and order issues promptly
\n\tFollow up on invoices, PODs, and related documents
\n\tCommunicate with clients regarding non-deliveries
\n\tFollow up on admin-related enquiries with key account clients
\n\tCoordinate communication between clients and internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service)
\n\tPrepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint<\/p>\n
