Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant B Degree in Industrial Psychology \/Management Services or relevant equivalent qualification
\n\t5 years’ experience in organisational development & work study in local government or similar environment
\n\tValid Driver’s license<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAdvise and conduct scientific investigations and facilitate the implementation process that seeks to enhance organisational design an efficiency improvement within the City of Ekurhuleni
\n\tPerform organisational design studies in order to ensure optimal organisational functioning
\n\tConduct work study investigation in order to improve the effective utilization of resources and to set up standards of performance
\n\tConduct productivity and efficiency improvement studies in order to ensure the optimal ratio between input and output resulting in increased productivity
\n\tCompile and maintain job descriptions an ensure all posts have an evaluated job description
\n\tPerform business process management and improvement in order to identify interrelated processes
\n\tDevelop and maintain organisation management related policies in order to guide and govern administration
\n\tEnsure governance and risk management activities are adhered to<\/p>\n
