The above position is vacant at our PMB Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient flow of schedules, issuing of confidential information and tracking of the fleet.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tClear criminal record
\n\tPSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification is advantageous
\n\tAt least 1 years\u2019 control room experience in the security industry or similar role
\n\tComputer literate (compulsory)
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tAble to work under pressure
\n\tClear disciplinary record<\/p>\n
Job Specification:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare for fleet departures
\n\tMonitoring of the CIT schedules
\n\tTracking control (taking data from drivers every hour)
\n\tIssuing of OTC Codes to the drivers
\n\tMaintaining contact with all drivers
\n\tEnsure all clients schedules are collected for any given day \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMaintaining all documentation and administration duties
\n\tConstant communication with Branch Management\u00a0
\n\tCCTV monitoring
\n\tEnsure security and basic access control
\n\tBasic client liaison<\/p>\n
