About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assessing organisational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective business solutions.
\n\tYou\u2019ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency, optimise processes, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPlan and execute business analysis activities aligned with industry best practices (BABOK)
\n\tEngage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
\n\tAnalyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
\n\tTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and specifications
\n\tSupport business units and shared services with operational and strategic initiatives
\n\tConduct research and analysis to identify key metrics and improvement opportunities
\n\tAssist in developing and tracking business plans, KPIs, and strategic goals
\n\tFacilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and avoid conflicts
\n\tSupport QA testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
\n\tProvide project management support using tools such as Microsoft Project and methodologies like Prince2
\n\tEnsure alignment between people, processes, and technology to achieve organisational goals
\n\tContribute to Agile project environments and continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDegree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience as a Business Analyst
\n\tProven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
\n\tStrong understanding of business analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
\n\tKnowledge of change management principles and Agile methodologies<\/p>\n
