\tEcowize is seeking an entry-level Technical Service Agent responsible for ensuring that satellite units remain fully operational by performing preventative maintenance in accordance with the service schedule.
\n\tThe role also involves continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to optimise resources; including manpower, energy, and water – through effective utilisation of industrial washing systems and participation in time-study initiatives<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that customer needs are meet by providing technical expertise to site manager, cleaning team, technical sales consultant, and customer.
\n\tManage, resolve complaints, and advise internal\/external stakeholders on corrective action.
\n\tManaging of the budget and ensuring that maintenance and cost are kept as low as possible, this includes asset management and driving of efficiencies and innovation.
\n\tTo ensure that application of audit procedures conform to the clients quality standards
\n\tTo determine the precision and accuracy in chemical verification
\n\tManaging of Health and Safety, this includes ensuring that service is carried out in full compliance with the health and safety together with the environmental requirements.
\n\tProvide effective solutions to address site pain points from a maintenance perspective.
\n\tTo provide routine maintenance for chemical dosing pumps and to keep the system functioning.
\n\tProvide onsite assistance and training to the operations team.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tQualification in Food Science or related field will be an advantage
\n\tPrevious experience in a food processing environment
\n\tA valid driver’s licence (Company vehicle will be provided)
\n\tAbility and willingness to work night shift as and when required.<\/p>\n

\n\tProblem-solving mindset – able to identify issues, suggest improvements, and take initiative in resolving site challenges
\n\tSafety and compliance awareness – understands the importance of health, safety, food safety and environmental standards, with a responsible approach to following procedures<\/p>\n
