\tGrade 10, 11, 12, or equivalent qualification
\n\tPrevious experience in a control room or an administrative role will be advantageous
\n\tBasic computer literacy (MS Office)
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
\n\tHigh level of integrity and reliability
\n\tSouth African Citizenship
\n\tClear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tControl, issue, and receive keys in accordance with established procedures
\n\tMaintain an accurate and up-to-date key register\/logbook
\n\tMonitor and record all key movements and ensure proper authorization
\n\tReport lost, damaged, or unreturned keys immediately
\n\tConduct regular audits and reconciliations of keys
\n\tEnsure all keys are securely stored at all times
\n\tLiaise with control room personnel and relevant departments regarding key control
\n\tAssist in control room operations when required
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
\n\tManage and maintain the area of responsibility under the mine standards, procedures, and practices
\n\tAdhere to MHSA standards & Gold1\u2019s safety motto: \u201cNothing is so important that it cannot be done safely.\u201d<\/p>\n
