\tWe are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our Insights team, specifically within our Custom & Communities practice.
\n\tThis is not a traditional project management role.
\n\tThe role is suited to an experienced Delivery \/ Programme \/ Operations Manager who has worked within market research, consulting, analytics, or professional services environments, and is comfortable managing delivery across multiple projects and teams.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Delivery Management & Capacity Planning<\/p>\n
\tMaintain visibility of delivery demand and team capacity across multiple projects
\n\tSupport effective resourcing and realistic project sequencing
\n\tImprove delivery predictability and reduce bottlenecks<\/p>\n
Operational & Delivery Governance<\/p>\n
\tTrack project timelines, milestones, and overall delivery status
\n\tImplement and maintain delivery processes, tools, and reporting
\n\tEnsure alignment between delivery plans and operational capacity<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Insights Leads, project teams, and senior stakeholders
\n\tProvide visibility and updates on delivery performance and risks
\n\tSupport cross-team coordination and collaboration<\/p>\n
Risk & Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tIdentify delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints early
\n\tRecommend practical solutions to improve delivery efficiency
\n\tContinuously improve delivery processes and workflows<\/p>\n
Proposal & Planning Support<\/p>\n
\tProvide input into project planning, timelines, and resourcing for new work
\n\tEnsure alignment between client expectations and delivery capability<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in: Project Management \/ Programme Management \/ Delivery Management \/ Operations Management
\n\tExperience within: Market Research \/ Insights \/ Consulting \/ Analytics \/ Professional Services
\n\tProven experience managing multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously
\n\tStrong understanding of Capacity planning, Resource management and Delivery coordination<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tExperience within an insights or research environment
\n\tExposure to client delivery in consulting or agency environments<\/p>\n
