Primary purpose of the job:<\/p>\n
\tEffectively, develop, implement and maintain quality systems to ensure capable processes that parts produce according to customer requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tManage performance of subordinates.
\n\tMaintain quality systems according to ISO & OEM system requirements.
\n\tEnsure that all customer requirements for the plant are met
\n\tContinuous improvement of product quality and systems by analysing performance and implement corrective action when required
\n\tAssist the Quality Manager to establish and maintain Quality Department budget.
\n\tManage Plant Customer Requests \/ Complaints
\n\tManage Plant Quality performance indicators.
\n\tFacilitate problem solving in the plant<\/p>\n
