ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES \/ KEY ACTIVITIES<\/p>\n
\tTo provide a high-level, high-quality service assurance role to Vodacom Business corporate clients, in the Customer Services Operations Centre [CSOC] Resolver Team
\n\tSupport all technical aspects of a Converged Network infrastructure, MPLS, SDWAN
\n\tReporting of all incidents to relevant parties
\n\tLiaising with Client on all technical related events and fault resolutions
\n\tFault Management update on Siebel SRM
\n\tClient update and follow up until incident closure: Complete understanding of ITIL practices.
\n\tCross collaboration with all levels within the Organization
\n\tService request management
\n\tFault diagnosis \/ Troubleshooting
\n\tMonitoring
\n\tVendor management
\n\tProvide Service desk 1st line support to customers.
\n\tResponsible for Incident resolution
\n\tUnderstanding of IP\/GSM\/Telecommunications\/ICT Industry
\n\tMPLS

\n\tGrade 12 and with valid CISCO Certifications<\/p>\n
