Testing & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
\tDesign, execute, and maintain manual and automated test suites across functional, regression, performance, and API testing layers
\n\tConduct API testing using Postman and SoapUI across payment integrations and digital onboarding services
\n\tExecute performance and load testing using JMeter to validate system behaviour under real-world conditions
\n\tIdentify, log, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring clear and accurate defect reporting<\/p>\n
Compliance & Security<\/p>\n
\tIdentify security and compliance gaps in software delivery, flagging risks in line with financial services regulatory requirements
\n\tEnsure QA activities support adherence to relevant compliance frameworks applicable to the banking environment<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tContinuously review and improve existing QA processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains
\n\tImplement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across software delivery
\n\tCollaborate with developers during sprint planning to define acceptance criteria and shift testing left in the delivery cycle<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tBuild effective working relationships with developers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
\n\tCommunicate quality risks, test progress, and outcomes in a clear and timely manner
\n\tEnsure stakeholder expectations around quality and release readiness are managed effectively<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
\n\tISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent (preferred)
\n\tAgile \/ Scrum training or certification advantageous<\/p>\n
Preferred experience<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrated experience in quality assurance within a software delivery environment
\n\tHands-on experience testing Mendix low-code applications
\n\tExperience working in fintech, payments, or banking and financial services
\n\tPractical experience with Postman \/ Newman, SoapUI, and JMeter or Gatling
\n\tProven track record working within Agile \/ Scrum delivery teams
\n\tExposure to real-time payments, digital onboarding, or payment rails advantageous<\/p>\n
