We are seeking a responsible Driver with a Code 10 license to join our team in JHB – Southern Suburbs. This is a Contractor position in the Logistics, Warehouse & Freight sector.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperate a vehicle requiring a Code 10 (C1) driver\u2019s license safely and responsibly
\n\tDeliver and collect goods on time according to schedules
\n\tLoad and offload cargo (sometimes with assistance)
\n\tInspect the vehicle daily (oil, tyres, brakes, lights, etc.)
\n\tMaintain accurate delivery notes and logbooks
\n\tEnsure cargo is secure and not damaged during transit
\n\tFollow all traffic laws and company safety policies
\n\tReport accidents, delays, or mechanical issues immediately
\n\tKeep the vehicle clean and in good condition<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\t4-5 Years experience in driving
\n\tGood Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws
\n\tClean criminal record
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tAvailable immediately
