The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Diary &amp; Meeting Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEffective management of diaries (scheduling of appointments, internal and external meetings and conferences, and ensuring timely resolution of calendar conflicts).\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the Executives are equipped with necessary documentation to proceed with meetings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Travel, Events &amp; Functions\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide department with support in relation to arranging functions, venue bookings, and making travel arrangements when necessary.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tOrganise complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries (local and international), and compile documents for travel-related meetings. Facilitate visas, forex and booking as well as logistics.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Office Administration &amp; Infrastructure\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for office infrastructure, e.g. office equipment and ordering stationery.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDevelop and manage an efficient filing system.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Executive Support, Reporting &amp; Correspondence\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tAccountable for completing tasks of a personal nature on behalf of the senior manager.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport the Executive Managers by collating reports, business presentations, drafting correspondence and taking minutes for meetings chaired the Executives (if required).\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerform secretarial duties for executives and other senior employees in the team, when required.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Financial Administration\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCould be accountable for the management of a budget or significant spending on a budget.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage and ensure the sign-off and processing of supplier invoices.
