Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tThe Business Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epiroc M3 business solution implementation This position shapes the future of operations management by aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The role will also be the ERP\/MRP super user.
\n\tThis is a highly collaborative role that requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective Epiroc M3 business solutions.
\n\tThis role will also be tasked with implementation of digitization within the business.<\/p>\n
Qualification Requirements<\/p>\n
\tB. Tech \u2013 Industrial engineering \/ B.Sc. IT or related in relevant field, 5+ years of relevant work experience deploying technical projects
\n\tKnowledge & Experience (At the discretion of Management)
\n\tMinimum 5 years of experience working in a Production environment, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar operational environment.
\n\t5+ years of relevant work experience deploying technical projects
\n\tPractical experience with ERP systems (such as Manhattan or SAP) understanding system transactions, master data, and how system changes impact business operations
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification.
\n\t5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in manufacturing operations and ERP\/MRP environments (preferably Manhattan \/ Microsoft Dynamics \/ Oracle SCALE).
\n\tProven experience in WMS, MRP and ERP system integration.
\n\tStrong understanding of full lifecycle implementations for medium to large-scale projects.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tStrong ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
\n\tKnowledge of emerging technologies in Supply chain and operations management.
\n\tAbility to identify and translate business needs into technical\/system requirements.
\n\tUnderstanding change management: planning, implementing, and embedding changes smoothly into daily operation.
\n\tKnowledge of business process management methodologies (BPM)
\n\tFamiliarity with internal control frameworks, compliance standards, and audit requirements that impact PC operations.
\n\tChampion the project solution and frame changes in a way that engages and excites the end user community

\n\tAlign implementation goals with business objectives and conduct post-implementation reviews.

\tAct as the Business Process Lead for the local PC.
\n\tLead and coordinate activities of the Local Production Centre’s Business Key Users (BKUs) network.
\n\tRepresent the PC in Divisional Process Improvement Networks and act as a spokesperson for Divisional Business Solutions.
\n\tParticipate actively in forums such as:
\n\tRGD Process Improvement Network Meeting
\n\tRGD Business Solution Board
\n\tRGD Business Solutions Steering Committee (Steerco)
\n\tRGD Strategic Roadmap Meeting
\n\tDrive local implementation of global and divisional business solutions initiatives.
