Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma \/ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
\n\tAdvanced computer literacy
\n\tPayroll \/ HR systems experience advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t8\u201315+ years administration experience
\n\t5+ years in supervisory\/management role
\n\tMining, construction, logistics, or industrial environment preferred<\/p>\n
Technical Expertise Required:<\/p>\n
\tOffice administration systems
\n\tDocument control and records management
\n\tPayroll input and timesheet controls
\n\tHR administration and onboarding support
\n\tProcurement administration and PO tracking
\n\tAsset registers and inventory records
\n\tFleet \/ travel \/ accommodation coordination
\n\tCompliance filing and audit readiness
\n\tReporting dashboards and KPI tracking
\n\tAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP systems (e.g.SAP)<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage all site or company administrative staff
\n\tEnsure payroll inputs are accurate and on time
\n\tOversee filing systems, contracts, employee records, leave records
\n\tCoordinate recruitment admin, onboarding, and terminations
\n\tControl purchase requisitions, invoices, and supplier admin
\n\tPrepare weekly\/monthly management reports
\n\tImprove admin processes and turnaround times
\n\tEnsure confidentiality of sensitive records
\n\tSupport audits and statutory inspections
\n\tMaintain communication flow between departments<\/p>\n
