ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo support the Facilities Manager in the attainment of the allocated portfolio objectives, the creation and maintenance of the infrastructure and establishment of standards of service.<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tUndertake planned preventative maintenance tasks.
\n\tUndertake re-active maintenance tasks and repairs.
\n\tEnsure that best operating practice is applied when undertaking maintenance tasks \/ repairs.
\n\tManage maintenance material.
\n\tEvaluate check sheets on a weekly basis.
\n\tSupervision of work teams and sub-contractors.
\n\tPerform risk assessments.
\n\tAssist in keeping workplace tidy and presentable.
\n\tQuality control of all maintenance activities.
\n\tAdhere to the TFS\u2019s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System\u2019s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
\n\tAny reasonable action requested by management.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS \/ REQUIREMENTS \/ KNOWLEDGE \/ SKILLS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tNational Diploma\/Certificate : : Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related FM formal qualification
\n\tValid SA Drivers License
\n\t5 years experience as a qualified artisan
\n\tFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
\n\tSAP knowledge
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge
\n\tGood knowledge of planned maintenance systems
\n\tHelp Desk interface with Technical work environment
\n\tIncident \/ Accident Investigations
\n\tOHS Act Requirements
