\tLead, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, creating a high\u2011performance, accountable environment.\u00a0
\n\tPartner with executives and senior leaders to support strategy, planning, and decision\u2011making across multiple portfolios.\u00a0
\n\tTranslate business drivers into meaningful financial insight that influences direction and outcomes.\u00a0
\n\tOversee budgeting, forecasting and performance management cycles.\u00a0
\n\tGuide complex financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic investment evaluation.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure strong financial governance, quality reporting and disciplined delivery against business plans.\u00a0
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in how finance partners with the business.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tProfessional designation is mandatory (CA(SA), CIMA or equivalent).\u00a0
\n\tHonours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.\u00a0
\n\t5\u20137+ years\u2019 experience in finance, including substantial business partnering or financial planning and analysis experience.\u00a0
\n\tAt least 2\u20133 years in a leadership or team management role, leading or supervising finance professionals.\u00a0
\n\tProven track record of partnering with senior management and delivering insights at executive level.\u00a0
\n\tExperience managing multiple portfolios or complex financial planning processes.\u00a0
\n\tStrong exposure to strategic planning, budget cycles and executive\u2011level financial reporting.\u00a0
\n\tExperience with scenario analysis, contract modelling or strategic investment evaluation.\u00a0
\n\tComfortable operating in a high\u2011performance environment with accountability for delivery against business objectives.\u00a0
