Backed by TFG, we\u2019re on a mission to deliver impactful, omnichannel experiences\u2014and we\u2019re looking for a commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the charge.
\n\tThis is not a traditional brand role. It\u2019s a hands-on, performance-led marketing position where you\u2019ll drive campaigns across stores, digital platforms, and brand partners\u2014with real impact on sales and growth.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nLead Omnichannel Campaigns<\/p>\n
\tOwn and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels\u2014from concept to execution\u2014aligned to trading calendars and commercial objectives (sales, traffic, conversion).<\/p>\n
Drive Digital Performance<\/p>\n
\tManage and optimise campaigns across paid media, CRM, social, and e-commerce. Own performance outcomes including ROI, ROAS, conversion, and revenue contribution, turning insights into action.<\/p>\n
Own Content, Social & Brand Expression<\/p>\n
\tOversee content strategy, campaign messaging, and social media execution. Manage influencers, agencies, and brand shoots to ensure consistent, high-impact brand storytelling across all touchpoints.<\/p>\n
Drive Brand & Supplier Value<\/p>\n
\tPartner with footwear and apparel brands to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns that drive mutual commercial growth, increased brand investment, and stronger in-store and digital presence.<\/p>\n
Deliver Retail Execution Excellence<\/p>\n
\tEnsure consistent, high-quality execution across all stores, including activations, events, VM, and community initiatives that drive footfall, conversion, and brand experience at scale.<\/p>\n
Lead, Integrate & Scale Performance<\/p>\n
\tWork cross-functionally with buying, operations, e-commerce, and creative teams to embed marketing into the commercial trading cycle. Lead and develop a team to deliver campaigns efficiently while continuously improving performance and execution standards.<\/p>\n
Measure & Optimise Performance<\/p>\n
\tOwn campaign reporting across digital and retail, providing clear insights on performance, learnings, and opportunities to improve future campaigns.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t6\u201310+ years\u2019 experience in retail or consumer marketing\u00a0
\n\tDegree in Marketing
\n\tProven success in digital and in-store campaign execution\u00a0
\n\tStrong commercial acumen and performance mindset
\n\tExperience managing agencies and developing teams\u00a0
\n\tPassion for sneakers, fashion, and youth culture
\n\tHighly organised, creative, and results-driven
\n\tAbility to be both strategic and creative in managing multiple social media platforms
\n\tAbility to function in a diverse, multi-functional team (trade, e-com, VM, ops, merch, etc)<\/p>\n
