Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the planning and coordination of event logistics, including venue arrangements, supplier coordination, and event setup requirements.
\n\tEnsure all logistical elements are well organised to support smooth and successful event execution.
\n\tProvide hands-on support during events by assisting with setup, welcoming attendees, and managing event flow.
\n\tAddress on-the-day challenges efficiently to ensure a professional and seamless event experience.
\n\tCoordinate and manage the safe and timely transportation of event materials, equipment, and personnel.
\n\tMaintain accurate inventory control and ensure all items are delivered, handled, and returned without loss or damage.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tQualifications and experience: \u00a0National Senior Certificate. A valid driver\u2019s license (Code B preferred) with a clean driving and criminal record (non-negotiable). 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a similar role. Exposure to event planning, marketing, or administrative environments (advantageous). Willingness to travel is essential.
\n\tSkills: Event coordination and planning. Logistics and operational support. Time management and organisation. Problem-solving and adaptability. Attention to detail. Basic administrative and coordination skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
