AI Enablement<\/p>\n<p>\tLeverage HR technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to automate and optimise HR processes using AI and digital solutions.<br \/>\n\tExecute HR projects across the company within specific timeframes.<br \/>\n\tPartner with HR and business teams to embed responsible and ethical use of AI in people practices.<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategic Alignment<\/p>\n<p>\tLead disciplinary processes, grievance management, and dispute resolution in line with legislation and best practice.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the organisation in formal ER processes where required (e.g. hearings, conciliations, mediations).<br \/>\n\tParticipate in the provision of HR policy and procedure guidance and coaching.<br \/>\n\tAct as a consultative business partner to the assigned stakeholder group by advising them of trends in HR practices, the labour market and general developments that could impact on the human resources in the area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in the design transformation and change programmes.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the development of progressive HR policies, processes and plans to drive continuous engagement and embed a performance culture across the organisation.<br \/>\n\tSupport the provision of strategic advice and ongoing support on employee relations issues, dispute resolution and industrial advocacy including managing escalated or complex cases.<br \/>\n\tDesign effective employee relations, retention, and rewards programs.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding the organization&#8217;s goals and strategies to align HR initiatives accordingly.<br \/>\n\tImplement strategies relating to the recruitment, development, engagement and provide general HR support of employees in the area of responsibility and\/or stakeholder group.<br \/>\n\tDeal with employee relations issues within the assigned business unit.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tContribute to the provision of HR related advise across the generalist range of the role.<br \/>\n\tImplement the company\u2019s people plans by working closely with internal stakeholders to develop a culture of responsibility and accountability for front line human resources management and embed a performance culture.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse complex trends and metrics in partnership with the relevant stakeholders to develop solutions, programs and policies.<br \/>\n\tWorking across multiple teams to ensure HR practices support their specific objectives.<br \/>\n\tWork with the talent acquisition team to ensure the execution of the full recruitment cycle plans and talent sourcing strategies.<br \/>\n\tPartner with the relevant stakeholders to support and execute HR initiatives for all aspects of human resources.<\/p>\n<p>Continuous Improvement and Risk Management<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and address potential HR risks to protect the organization from legal and reputational harm.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with all relevant HR legislation<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in HR Management or similar qualification<br \/>\n\tAdvanced degree in HR Management or similar qualification advantageous<br \/>\n\tHuman Resources Professional certification<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience representing the organisation in external forums (e.g. CCMA or equivalent bodies) advantageous<br \/>\n\tProven ability to advise leaders on ER strategy and risk mitigation<br \/>\n\tExperience leveraging HR technology, analytics, or AI enabled tools to improve people outcomes (advantageous)<br \/>\n\tExposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives within HR<br \/>\n\tAt least 7 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<br \/>\n\tExcellent experience delivering and implementing innovative HR solutions that meet company needs<br \/>\n\tExcellent experience with operational and strategic HR service delivery<br \/>\n\tExcellent experience implementing workforce plans that reflect organisational\/departmental need<br \/>\n\tProficient in HR technologies including experience in HRIS, and E-recruitment systems<br \/>\n\tExcellent experience with HR metrics<br \/>\n\t\u00a0Excellent experience leading and delivering complex people projects and initiatives with specific deadlines<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.ignitiongroup.co.za\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>.mcidirecthire.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/.mcidirecthire.com","_company_name":"Ignition Group","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.ignitiongroup.co.za\/","_company_tagline":"The Ignition Group is one of Africa's largest providers of technology, media, telecommunication and financial services, and is built around a powerful purpose - to make life better through innovative technology.
