About the Role<\/p>\n
\tAs an iPro Sales Consultant, you will represent the Apple brand within a larger retail environment. You\u2019ll proactively engage customers, demonstrate the latest Apple products and services, and deliver world-class customer experiences while driving sales performance.
\n\tYou will be responsible for creating excitement around Apple technology and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium Apple standard.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProactively approach and engage customers in-store
\n\tDemonstrate and sell Apple products and services
\n\tIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
\n\tAchieve and exceed individual sales targets
\n\tMaintain high visual merchandising and brand standards
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams and retail partners
\n\tEnsure accurate stock handling and operational compliance<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\t1+ year customer-facing retail sales experience (electronics experience advantageous)
\n\tProven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tPassion for technology and the Apple ecosystem
\n\tAbility to work retail hours, including weekends
\n\tReliable transport<\/p>\n
