About the Role<\/p>\n
\tThis is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a call centre environment. You will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a strong and positive work environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead, manage and develop a high performing call centre sales team
\n\tCoach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
\n\tMonitor performance and implement strategies for improvement
\n\tWork closely with business owners on growth and performance strategies<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum\u00a05\u201310 years experience\u00a0in a call centre environment
\n\tProven track record\u00a0of successfully leading and developing teams\u00a0
\n\tStrong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the front
\n\tDemonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals into top performers
\n\tResults-driven mindset\u00a0<\/p>\n
Package & Remuneration<\/p>\n
\tSalary: Highly negotiable, depending on experience and proven performance.<\/p>\n
