Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage and grow a portfolio of strategic key customer accounts within the packaging sector
\n\tDrive revenue and margin growth by expanding business within existing customer relationships
\n\tDevelop detailed account strategies aligned with customer objectives and Freedom Printpak\u2019s growth plans
\n\tGain an in-depth understanding of customers\u2019 operations, packaging requirements, and future business plans
\n\tIdentify, pursue, and secure new key customers and business opportunities within target markets
\n\tPrepare and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
\n\tMonitor account performance against agreed sales and profitability targets and implement improvement actions
\n\tCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and consistently high service levels
\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing expectations and resolving issues effectively
\n\tBuild and maintain long-term customer partnerships based on trust, integrity, and service excellence<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of five years\u2019 successful experience managing key customer accounts within the packaging industry
\n\tStrong technical understanding of packaging materials, including solid board, corrugated, carton, and flexible packaging
\n\tAn established FMCG customer network will be considered a strong advantage
\n\tDemonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales growth and profitability targets
\n\tProven capability to work independently while managing multiple customer accounts and priorities
\n\tStrong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication abilities<\/p>\n
