About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are hiring a Decision Support Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years\u2019 experience who want to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and data troubleshooting capabilities in a fast-paced business environment.
\n\tIn this role you will work with real, imperfect data and be expected to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot information to generate reliable, decision-grade insights. You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand performance, identify issues, and support better commercial outcomes.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPartner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to analyze business performance and support decision-making
\n\tBuild and maintain components of budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
\n\tAnalyze, validate, and troubleshoot financial and operational data across multiple systems and data sources
\n\tInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
\n\tDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics with a focus on accuracy and usability
\n\tPerform variance and root cause analysis to explain drivers of performance
\n\tTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
\n\tDeliver clear, actionable insights (not just reports) that inform business decisions
\n\tWork with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
\n\t2-5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related role
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
\n\tDemonstrated ability to work with large, messy, or incomplete datasets
\n\tSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
\n\tAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
\n\tSolid communication skills with the ability to explain analysis clearly
\n\tIntellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge data and assumptions
\n\tPersistence in solving problems when answers are not immediately clear<\/p>\n
