This role is responsible for managing campaign intake via Powerhub, enforcing gold standard guidelines for campaign setup, taxonomy, tagging, and tracking, and implementing a strict pre-launch QA process to ensure all campaigns meet required standards before going live. The resource will oversee tagging and measurement frameworks, validate that campaigns are correctly structured to feed into Datorama for accurate, centralised reporting, and conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity and consistency. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, they will provide targeted support where needed, while enabling and guiding markets to own execution, ensuring scalable, standardised delivery without becoming a bottleneck<\/p>\n<p>Overview<\/p>\n<p>Key Operating Principle<\/p>\n<p>\tThis role functions as a central control tower, not a full execution layer.<br \/>\n\tMarkets \/ Agencies: Own setup, trafficking, and activation<br \/>\n\tCentral AdOps: Owns governance, QA, validation, and data integrity<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Central Governance &amp; Standards Ownership<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the central authority for AdOps standards across all 9 markets<br \/>\n\tDefine and enforce gold standard guidelines for campaign setup, taxonomy, tagging, and tracking<br \/>\n\tMaintain and evolve frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across markets<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Intake &amp; QA Control (Powerhub-Led)<\/p>\n<p>\tManage campaign intake via Powerhub, ensuring briefs are complete and meet required standards before progressing<br \/>\n\tImplement a strict QA gate:<br \/>\n\tNo campaign goes live without AdOps validation<\/p>\n<p>Conduct pre-launch QA on:<\/p>\n<p>\tCampaign setup and structure<br \/>\n\tNaming conventions and taxonomy<br \/>\n\tTagging and tracking implementation<br \/>\n\tPrioritise QA based on market importance and campaign complexity<\/p>\n<p>Tagging, Tracking &amp; Measurement Oversight<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and govern tagging frameworks and tracking requirements across all markets<br \/>\n\tValidate that campaigns are correctly tagged and aligned to measurement standards<br \/>\n\tDo not execute tagging for all campaigns, but audit and approve implementation<br \/>\n\tIntervene directly only in complex or high-risk cases<\/p>\n<p>Data Integrity &amp; Datorama Enablement<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all campaigns are correctly structured to feed into Datorama for centralised reporting<br \/>\n\tValidate data flows and flag discrepancies or gaps<br \/>\n\tWork with markets and analytics teams to resolve data issues<br \/>\n\tFocus on data integrity assurance, not full reporting ownership<\/p>\n<p>Exception-Based Troubleshooting &amp; Escalation<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the escalation point for critical AdOps issues<br \/>\n\tProvide hands-on support for:<br \/>\n\tComplex tracking setups<br \/>\n\tPlatform or integration issues<br \/>\n\tHigh-priority campaign risks<br \/>\n\tAvoid becoming the default execution layer for all markets<\/p>\n<p>In-Flight Audits &amp; Quality Monitoring<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct periodic audits of live campaigns (not continuous monitoring of all campaigns)<br \/>\n\tIdentify deviations from standards and enforce corrective actions<br \/>\n\tFocus on risk-based monitoring rather than full operational oversight<\/p>\n<p>Market Enablement &amp;
