Job description<\/p>\n
\tProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
\n\tManage stock levels
\n\tEnsure shopkeeping disciplines are continuously in place by adhering to Operation manuals and display maintenance principles
\n\tEnsure cosmetics sales are in line with agreed sales budgets
\n\tMinimise shrinkage in line with store targets
\n\tParticipate in team to ensure achievement of department and store goals and general store operational duties
\n\tControl administration \u2013 (IBT’s, RTM’s, price discrepancy reports)
\n\tGood housekeeping standards and sales delivery according to target
\n\tAlways maintain customer service levels
\n\tMinimize tester waste and shrinkage
\n\tManagement of self, appearance and standards
\n\tCommunicate any irregularities to Store Team Leader
\n\tDeliver a sound knowledge of products
\n\tCreate the appropriate ambience in department through maintaining standards\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tBe available and flexible to work different shifts and across the store
\n\tHave relevant experience and skills
\n\tPassion for retail and selling
