\tEcowize Pest Control and Hygiene Division is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. If you have a passion for sales and proven experience in the Pest Control and Hygiene industry this position is for you.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Summary of responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
\n\tMeet Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
\n\tFiling reports on-line.
\n\tMaintain Service Records and Documentation.
\n\tAchieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
\n\tWill be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.
\n\tClient site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.
\n\tPreparing quotations\/proposals\/tenders and presentations.
\n\tConsolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.
\n\tDevelop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.
\n\tSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
\n\tNegotiating sales and clinching business deals.
\n\tInitiate Invoicing & Payment.
\n\tConduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
\n\tFollow up on new business achieved.
\n\tManagement of costs compared to budget.
\n\tConduct follow up calls, relationship building.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tPrevious experience in cold calling.
\n\tProven track record in establishing and growing pest control and hygiene markets.
\n\tExcellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills.
\n\tHighly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
\n\t3 Years sales experience in the service industry.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
\n\tHigh work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.\u00a0
\n\tGood administration and computer skills.
\n\tPrevious experience in Pest Control and Hygiene will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
