Role Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe Quality Control Analyst supports GMP-compliant laboratory testing to ensure materials and products meet defined quality standards. The role involves performing routine analytical testing, accurately documenting and reviewing results, and working cross\u2011functionally to support manufacturing and batch release activities while maintaining data integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the analysis of equipment cleaning samples, raw materials, in-process, and final bulk product samples according to standard operating procedures and test methods
\n\tChemical and Endotoxin testing of Purified Water
\n\tAssisting the samplers of Purified Water when required
\n\tCarry out analysis and activities in a safe manner in accordance with OHSE and Good Laboratory practice guidelines
\n\tProvide Analytical support to production as and when analysis feedback is required on samples.
\n\tComplete analysis of time as per set target times and dates
\n\tAble to work shifts and weekends on a rotational basis
\n\tEnsure tasks are performed in a manner that is compliant with Good Laboratory Practice and that other Regulatory guidelines are adhered to\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBSc in Chemistry or a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent
\n\tMinimum of 1 years\u2019 experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory
\n\tThorough knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice and the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients
\n\tMust be computer literate in using the MS package as well as LIMS, Veeva Docs, and SAP
\n\tGood practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical chemistry
\n\tProven problem-solving skills and techniques
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
