Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA well-established business is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead its East London branch. This role requires a strong leader with a solid background in the building industry and a proven track record in branch management.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversee the full operations of the branch, including financial performance and day-to-day management
\n\tLead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets
\n\tDrive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
\n\tMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
\n\tEnsure efficient stock control, reporting, and overall branch profitability<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience within the building\/construction industry
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience managing a branch
\n\tStrong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance
\n\tDemonstrated ability to grow a customer base and maintain long-term relationships
\n\tExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills<\/p>\n
