Purpose of the Role:<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding the marketplace relative to product offering and client base demographics
\n\tSearching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in client stores
\n\tTogether with respective Brand or Category managers, developing product launch programs as well as formulation of customer days or product awareness campaigns within the client portfolio
\n\tLiaising with Senior Management and ensuring that sales targets are met
\n\tAnalyzing current marketplace and ensuring feedback is given regarding important market and competitive information
\n\tTraining clients on products as and when required
\n\tExecuting sales strategies
\n\tGenerating new leads and developing existing customers
\n\tResponding to customer enquiries
\n\tAchieving high sales targets and goals
\n\tBuilding new business relationships using existing industry contacts
\n\tWhen required, giving sales presentations to various levels of audiences
\n\tManaging employer\u2019s expectations, client relationships and providing these with excellent service and support
\n\tProviding feedback regarding suggestions for improvement and market research
\n\tAs and when required, liaising with internal business partner(s) regarding exhibitions\/customers\u2019 day of any type with reference to ACDC including attending these events and or arranging these events
\n\tQuotation formulation and follow up thereof
\n\tAttending Sales Meetings and providing the necessary information\/ statistics etc.
\n\tPlanning as well as submission of weekly calls and reporting on weekly activities
\n\tCustomer account maintenance
\n\tAttending of ad hoc training sessions
\n\tSaturday work will be required as per published roster
\n\tFind and capitalize on new product opportunities and possible turnkey projects by positioning the brand of ACDC in these customers.
\n\tManaging employer\u2019s expectations, client relationships with exceptional customer service and support.
\n\tCompile accurate and precise calendar entries with a briefing on what transpired during sales calls<\/p>\n

\tExperience and or knowledge in an electrical manufacturing \/ sales environment
\n\tAn Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.
\n\t3 to 5 years in related sales role
\n\tDriver\u2019s License + own vehicle.
\n\tTechnical product knowledge of our products will be preferable
\n\tProven marketing and sales competencies and ability to analyse market and set new strategy
\n\tAbility to establish new markets\/ establish new business relationships and train clients on products<\/p>\n
