\tDis-Chem Pharmacies require the committed services of a Customer Consultant for their Glen Acres store. Interact with Dis-Chem\u2019s customers, and provide them with the necessary information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Deal with, and help resolve any customer complaints and concerns<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric (with at least 60% in English, Afrikaans and Maths Literacy)
\n\tAt least 1-year experience in administration or public relations
\n\tStrong communication and customer interaction skills
\n\tComputer literate \u2013 MS Office
\n\tWilling and able to work retail hours\u00a0<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tAdministration \/ Customer Service \/ Public Relations qualification
\n\tThird additional language
\n\tSAP experience<\/p>\n
Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accurate data capturing and completion of documentation is done
\n\tCheck card balances, card reports and\/or statements for customers
\n\tManage daily and weekly inventory control cards, magazines, application forms, baby bags, travel kits, promotional items, partner goody bags, free gifts and other promotional items
\n\tEnsure Accurate Process of Transaction \u2013 TRMS \u2013 capturing and reporting
\n\tManage stock control and shrinkage
\n\tCheckpoint reversals on statements
\n\tCheck the manual point\u2019s allocation on card reports and statements, to ensure all manual allocations are given through to the Admin Manager on a daily basis
\n\tEnsure effective internal communication (within customer service\/benefits programme)
\n\tEscalate compliments, complaints and product sourcing to Senior or Regional Customer Consultants daily
\n\tManage and report complaints and compliments through the customer service diary
\n\tEnsure effective external communication (customer feedback)
\n\tRespond to written or e-mail queries on various platforms
\n\tEnsure Store Manager and relevant employees are kept informed of all elements regarding the benefit programme
\n\tAdhere to excellent telephone etiquette at all times according to Dis-Chem\u2019s SOPs
\n\tAccurate recruitment and capturing of customers
\n\tCoordinate and manage in-store events and promotions
\n\tCreate a central point of contact for all general queries, compliments and complaints
\n\tAssist customers with any queries, and refer customers to the appropriate departments where applicable
\n\tEnsure visibility of the Benefits Programme signage and\/or current promotional signage regarding the Benefits Programme displayed at the customer service help desk or till points
\n\tBe visible on the store floor when a second Customer Consultant can relieve you at the Customer Consultant department
\n\tProvide relevant benefit programme training to all departments, and ensure implementation of training
\n\tAdhere to Dis-Chem policies and procedures, SOPs and health and safety rules and regulations<\/p>\n
