Duties and Responsibilities:
\nProspecting & Lead Generation<\/p>\n
\tIdentify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals
\n\tCold calling, emailing, or attending events to build a pipeline of leads<\/p>\n
Customer Engagement<\/p>\n
\tReach out to prospects to introduce products or services
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
\n\tListen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly<\/p>\n
Product\/Service Presentation<\/p>\n
\tDeliver presentations, demos, or proposals to showcase offerings
\n\tExplain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
\n\tHandle objections and answer customer questions<\/p>\n
Sales Negotiation & Closing<\/p>\n
\tNegotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
\n\tGuide prospects through the decision-making process
\n\tClose deals to meet or exceed sales targets<\/p>\n
Account Management<\/p>\n
\tProvide ongoing support to clients after the sale
\n\tUpsell or cross-sell additional products\/services
\n\tEnsure customer satisfaction and retention<\/p>\n
Administrative & Reporting Tasks<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records in CRM systems
\n\tTrack sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts
\n\tPrepare regular reports for management<\/p>\n
Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals
\n\tCoordinate with operations or product teams to ensure smooth delivery
\n\tShare customer feedback to improve offerings
