Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Supply Chain Management
\n\t2 – 5 years\u2019 experience
\n\tFMCG demand planning experience advantageous
\n\tInternal stakeholder engagement spanning across Head office buyers, Stores, DCs
\n\tExternal stakeholder engagement with Suppliers, suppliers KAMS, supplier reps, supplier distribution centers, third party distributors, transporters
\n\tSolid systems knowledge \u2013 MS Office Suite, WMS
\n\tExceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\tStrong knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies and tools
\n\tProficient in inventory management and replenishment strategies<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts for various retail product categories
\n\tMonitor and analyse market trends, historical sales data, and customer insights to optimize demand planning processes
\n\tConduct regular demand reviews with suppliers, KAMs, and other external stakeholders to align demand and supply plans
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange
\n\tCoordinate with supplier distribution centres and third-party distributors to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfilment
\n\tWork closely with transporters to optimize transportation routes and minimize lead times
\n\tContinuously improve demand planning processes by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices
\n\tMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate demand planning accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement<\/p>\n
