\n\tPreference will be given to an individual with previous Management exposure within the Automotive, Engineering, Tools and Machinery and Hardware environment. Added benefit would be experience in Retail Branch Procedures.
\n\tHaving technical knowledge in the DIY or Hardware environment would be an absolute added advantage.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will be a confident individual who is reliable and honest and able to function as a team player.<\/p>\n
Desired Skills:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and implementing sales strategies\u00a0to meet financial targets
\n\tManaging budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory
\n\tAnalyzing sales reports and market trends\u00a0to forecast future needs and identify growth opportunities

\n\tManagement of Employees and Branch
\n\tManagement of Stock Control
\n\tHandle the administrative and managerial duties<\/p>\n
