Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Casino Product Specialist will be responsible for the measurement, development and management of online gaming products and tools, implementing new products and enhancing existing product offerings based on data analysis and market indicators, with the aim of promoting Sunbet as the online gaming brand of choice.
\n\tThis will include the analysis and interpretation of business intelligence tools and data, reporting on trends, piloting and testing of products and making recommendations to continuously improve casino product innovation, standards, and to deliver results.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tWork cross-functionally to define and implement casino product roadmaps, prioritize features and execute the end-to-end product life cycle.
\n\tDevelop reporting & analysis methods\/templates for the casino operations to understand product performance
\n\tPerform data analysis on casino product performance, product spend, odds and margin analysis, customer segments and player profitability, casino promotions etc. to drive product decisions
\n\tAnalyse and diagnose product performance issues and challenges and offer a solution in line with product knowledge and business needs
\n\tProduce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on casino products in order to determine growth and performance of gaming
\n\tDevelop and implement action plans to boost casino performance and offers to be competitive to various casino segments
\n\tResearch, recommend and implement gaming product innovation of new technologies across the customer experience
\n\tWork collaboratively with all customer facing functions to ensure a consistent and accurate message is provided to customers on casino products
\n\tQuality assure and test\/pilot solutions and products before delivery to business
\n\tCollaborate with management, operations teams and compliance teams to mitigate casino operational risk
\n\tUnderstand casino capabilities and customer needs and anticipate their future needs
\n\tMonitor and review the casino gaming revenue and identify challenges that need to be addressed
\n\tReview, measure and optimise casino promotional campaigns and bonus offers
\n\tCommunicate and monitor the effectiveness of bonusing tools on customer behaviour and adjust where relevant
\n\tWork closely with CRM teams to identify opportunities to promote network promotions, exclusive game launches, new supplier integrations and new features introduced on the platform
\n\tCreate and present Post Campaign Analysis reports
\n\tCollaborate with various operational teams to facilitate and monitor the integration and content release processes for new game providers
\n\tFollow a data-driven approach to continuously monitor the performance of the gaming offering and make adjustments to the casino lobby accordingly
\n\tProject manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, working with marcomms teams, design, digital and operations teams
\n\tFacilitate and maintain partnerships\/relationships to support the development, refinement and implementation of products and services<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n
\t3 Year Degree \/ Diploma in Business Management<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t8 years\u2019 experience in product management within the gambling\/online gaming industry
\n\tExperience with online casino product offerings and the evaluation of its effectiveness in market<\/p>\n
