Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Store Manager in driving customer sales and delivering excellent customer service.
\n\tProactively identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities (e.g., canvassing and activations).
\n\tEnsure correct wrapping, stacking, and packing of finished goods in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
\n\tMonitor product quality and promptly report any defects or concerns to the Store Manager.
\n\tParticipate in stocktaking activities and attend training sessions as required.
\n\tContinuously review and improve personal sales performance against set targets.
\n\tMaintain accurate pricing across all displays, ensuring products are clearly labelled with price points, shelf labels, and price talkers.
\n\tAssist with general housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the store.
\n\tAdhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, contributing to a safe environment for both customers and employees.
\n\tWear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and maintain a professional appearance.
\n\tUphold company standards relating to quality, service, and productivity.
\n\tCarry out any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.<\/p>\n
Qualifications required:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum academic qualification:\u00a0Matric, Certificate in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail Management
\n\tQualifications as an added advantage: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field<\/p>\n
Experience required:<\/p>\n
\tGeneral work experience (years):\u00a001\u201302 years of sales or customer service
\n\tSpecific to the position (level\/discipline\/years): Experience supporting sales operations, customer service, order processing, quotation preparation, stock coordination and administrative support within a sales environment.
