Duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEngage with and serve guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
\n\tSupervise the team and promote a positive and friendly energy in the outlet
\n\tHandle all necessary wine educator functions in accordance with SOP\u2019s, ensuring that guests experience the highest level of service
\n\tManage guest queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive results on every occasion
\n\tReport complaints and\/ or any incidents promptly, helping to find solutions where possible
\n\tEnsure that all areas are clean and well-maintained and in good working order, all stock is well displayed
\n\tMaintain effective working relationships with colleagues in own, and other departments
\n\t\u2018Live and breathe\u2019 the ethos, inspiring a passion for – and sharing knowledge of and all the services and products we have on offer<\/p>\n
Skills, experience & educational requirements:<\/p>\n
\tAt least three years\u2019 supervisory experience in the F&B industry with a strong track-record of service and sales.
\n\tConfident and clear communicator
\n\tMust love working with food and people
\n\tTeam player, able to convey clear instructions to colleagues while being mindful of tight operational deadlines
\n\tTime management, literacy and numeracy skills essential
\n\tKeen attention to detail with excellent follow-through capabilities
\n\tAble to remain calm and maintain professional outlook, even when under pressure
\n\tCommitted team member, with good leadership potential.
\n\tFlexible and willing to \u2018go the extra mile\u2019; able to work shifts<\/p>\n
