Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Floor Supervisor is responsible for supporting the store management team in providing outstanding leadership and ensuring operational excellence. They allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and manage merchandise and visual principles. Additionally, they drive performance through store KPIs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport store management in providing outstanding leadership.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.\u00a0
\n\tAllocate time effectively and handle multiple tasks.\u00a0
\n\tProvide input on merchandise and visual principles.\u00a0
\n\tDrive performance through store KPIs.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor sales performance and KPIs.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 2-3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.\u00a0
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in task and priority management, and experience in visual merchandising.<\/p>\n
