Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSelling personal lines insurance policies
\n\tConducting needs analyses to understand customer requirements
\n\tMeeting set KPI\u2019s
\n\tGoing the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales targets and to obtain referral sales<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ NQF4 equivalent (essential)
\n\tRE5 and full FAIS accreditation (advantageous)
\n\tPrevious sales experience would be an advantage
\n\tProven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
\n\tAbility to work in a high stress environment<\/p>\n
Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tMultilingual (advantageous)
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to present products or services telephonically
