Perform Delegated Education, Training and Quality Assurance (ETQA) Functions<\/p>\n
\tSupport prospective Skills Development Providers (SDPs) in the accreditation and re\u2011accreditation process.
\n\tEvaluate accreditation, re\u2011accreditation, extension of scope, secondary accreditation and training implementation intent applications.
\n\tConduct site visits, validation and verification and make recommendations for approval.
\n\tSupport Assessor and Moderator registration applications and make recommendations.
\n\tSupport learner uploading, linking, moderation and endorsement processes.
\n\tMonitor Skills Development Providers for compliance with ETQA policies and procedures.
\n\tSupport assessment centre accreditation and monitor EISA readiness.
\n\tCompile ETQA reports and provide compliance feedback.<\/p>\n
Perform Delegated Research, Information, Monitoring and Evaluation (RIME) Functions<\/p>\n
\tCollect data as required for research and monitoring purposes.
\n\tProvide support to RIME activities and reporting requirements.<\/p>\n
Perform Delegated Skills Development Planning (SDP) Functions<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate partnerships with TVET Colleges, Universities and Community Colleges.
\n\tConduct project site validation and monitor approved projects.
\n\tSupport and evaluate T-number and SDF registration applications.
\n\tConduct WSP & ATR capacity building workshops and provide technical support to employers.
\n\tSupport Discretionary Grant and Expression of Interest (EOI) application processes.
\n\tConduct project inductions and monitor project implementation.
\n\tCompile monitoring reports and make tranche payment recommendations.
\n\tReview and quality assure MoAs, learner agreements, learner information and SQMR submissions.
\n\tIdentify non\u2011compliant employers and recommend corrective action.<\/p>\n
Perform Delegated Corporate Service and Administrative Functions<\/p>\n
\tImplement and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
\n\tMaintain accurate electronic and physical records.
\n\tParticipate in career exhibitions, advocacy and marketing activities.
\n\tCompile administrative and operational reports.
\n\tSupport stakeholders with ERP utilisation, log helpdesk tickets and resolve queries.
\n\tAdhere to travel, subsistence and financial control requirements.<\/p>\n
Perform Functions Related to Building and Maintaining Stakeholder Relations<\/p>\n
\tMobilise and engage inactive employers.
\n\tBuild and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
\n\tEnhance customer satisfaction through enquiry resolution and problem\u2011solving.<\/p>\n
