Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tQualified CA(SA)
\n\t3+ years post article experience
\n\tStrong experience in:
\n\tAnnual Financial Statements
\n\tManagement packs
\n\tBudgets and forecasts
\n\tFinancial controls
\n\tInternal and external audit
\n\tWorking papers and reconciliations
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills
\n\tMust be willing to work in a hands-on, operational environment
\n\tMust have previous working experience within the retail, property \/ rental and\/or property development accounting industries
\n\tExperience working in a multi-branch \/ multi-entity environment
\n\tERP system implementation or system improvements
\n\tManaging or supervising staff
\n\tExperience dealing with auditors and board-level reporting<\/p>\n

\tAnnual financial statements
\n\tInternal and external audit processes
\n\tManagement packs and reporting
\n\tFinancial controls and compliance
\n\tBudgets and forecasts
\n\tProject and capital expenditure tracking
\n\tProperty-related financial administration and analysis
\n\tReviewing working papers and reconciliations
\n\tSystem and process improvements
\n\tAssisting in managing and developing finance staff
\n\tSupporting branches and visiting branches when required
