Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tA Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
\n\t3-5 years proven end-to-end talent acquisition experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industries
\n\tDemonstrated experience partnering with hiring leaders and senior stakeholders in a consultative capacity
\n\tStrong track record in direct sourcing, candidate engagement and delivering high quality hires and onboarding
\n\tExperience supporting diversity, transformation and inclusive hiring initiatives\u00a0<\/p>\n
