\tGather detailed client briefs and, together with the Head of DTP, interrogate and translate them into actionable briefs for the DTP studio, production, or FA department\u00a0
\n\tManage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed expediently,\u00a0efficiently\u00a0and excellently\u00a0
\n\tReview creative deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines\u00a0
\n\tSupport DTP management by drafting effective and\u00a0timely\u00a0job briefs and amendments\u00a0
\n\tMonitor and follow up on all outstanding briefs and debriefs from clients\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all briefs are approved upfront; and that all necessary internal and external processes,\u00a0checks\u00a0and approvals are completed prior to the handover of approved artwork?\u00a0<\/p>\n
Communication and Collaboration\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate effectively with internal teams across multiple departments, including creative, production, QA, DTP,\u00a0traffic\u00a0and FA to ensure\u00a0optimal\u00a0workflow and job actioning\u00a0
\n\tTimeously communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders\u00a0
\n\tFoster a positive,\u00a0inclusive\u00a0and collaborative work environment\u00a0
\n\tParticipation and\u00a0assistance\u00a0within all necessary Status Meetings, general team\u00a0meetings\u00a0and handover meetings\u00a0
\n\tScheduling and arranging team meetings with all relevant parties, including the Head of DTP\u00a0
\n\tEnsure you, as well as the team, are well prepared for all client meetings\u00a0
\n\tAct as supporting point of contact for Clients in the absence of other team members?<\/p>\n
Attention to Detail\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accuracy and consistency across all output deliverables\u00a0
\n\tPay close attention to details, such as deadlines and client specifications\u00a0
\n\tProofread and edit all materials before sending to clients?<\/p>\n
Problem-Solving and\u00a0Adaptability\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentify\u00a0and resolve issues that may arise during campaign execution\u00a0
\n\tQuickly escalate issues being managed, or those requiring senior intervention\u00a0
\n\tBe adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and challenges?<\/p>\n

\tUpdating and\u00a0maintaining\u00a0status reports, ensuring the status of each element of every campaign is clearly understood\u00a0

\n\tMaintain records of all client interactions, including meeting notes, emails, text messages, and phone calls\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all DTP work is\u00a0accurate\u00a0and delivered within specified deadlines\u00a0
\n\tOversee the DTP process to ensure the final product meets the client’s brief and is delivered on time\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years\u2019 experience in a similar client service position within advertising or a similar industry\u00a0<\/p>\n
