Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.<\/p>\n
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tProcessing quotes for Sales Reps and Internal sales.
\n\tCapturing Sales Orders.
\n\tInvoicing of orders.
\n\tSupporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team\u2019s objectives.
\n\tTaking phone calls from customers and sales reps.
\n\tAssisting and resolving all customer and sales representatives\u2019 enquiries.
\n\tCommunicating internally important feedback from customers and sales reps.
\n\tDealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (Internal and External Customers).
\n\tAssistance with Tender preparation, reports & proposals.
\n\tAssist Sales team in managing client orders by generating quotations, sales orders, invoicing, creating job cards, attending to emails and correspondence
\n\tFollow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise salesperson accordingly
\n\tEnsure all administrative tasks, are completed within the prescribed time frames
\n\tHelp with other activities as and when required<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:<\/p>\n
\tHigh organisational skills
\n\tMust be able to multitask
\n\tMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN – Invoicing, Sales Order and Quotations
\n\tMust be organized, flexible and professional
\n\tAbility to prioritise own workload.
\n\tStrong communication skills.
\n\tExperience, Skills and Knowledge of Syspro advantageous
\n\tAn administrative or sales background.
\n\tMust be detail oriented.
\n\tMust a quick-learner and an excellent communicator
\n\tAttention to Detail
\n\tTeam Player
\n\tReliable transport<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious sales administration highly beneficial.
\n\tMatric Certificate
\n\tBasic Microsoft Skills
\n\tClear Criminal record
