Description<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tDriving and managing sales\/revenue within the territory as well as the management of the different industry segments within the territory
\n\tManaging sales activities, sales budgets and forecast within own territory
\n\tManaging customer relationship and ensure the delivery of required customer service levels
\n\tUnderstating and manage market share of own territory
\n\tHandling customer queries to resolve accounts, logistics and product application problems
\n\tSupporting and implementing sales and marketing strategies
\n\tEnsuring a high standard of market intelligence through networking, customer relationships, PR functions and participations in industry organizations
\n\tPartnering with relevant stake holders within the business to ensure that the territory operations are professional, effective and efficient.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required:<\/p>\n
\tB Degree\/ND in Sales and Marketing
\n\tThree years of suitable business experience with at least 2 years of accountability for multi-disciplinary activities including technical sales and or territory management
\n\tTechnical knowledge and understanding of Aggregates, Cement and Ready mix products and its applications
\n\tDemonstrated ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with customers
\n\tDetail orientated (in financials and customer records)
\n\tGood communications and negotiations skills
\n\tGood problem solving skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office package
\n\tHave a code 8 drivers licenses<\/p>\n
