\n\tThis role is based in our Contract Logistics division in JHB.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t3 years Supply Chain Management\/Logistics at NQF level 7 or higher<\/p>\n
Knowledge and experience<\/p>\n
\t10 years in Supply Chain Management role
\n\t5 years management\/ supervisory experience in supply chain environment
\n\tExcellent negotiation and communication skills for high-value contracts.
\n\tLeadership and team management experience.
\n\tAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and data.
\n\tProblem-solving and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tGood communication skills (written &verbal)
\n\tPlanning and organising
\n\tAbility to handle pressure and change
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tCommitment to excellent customer service
\n\tCurrent management practice and theory
\n\tStrategic thinking
\n\tChange management and Conflict management<\/p>\n
