\tWe are currently recruiting for our high-performing and busy stores in Outer West Durban, North Coast and Durban Region. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tImplement Operations Management Framework across the organisation
\n\tSupport and enable the sustainability and profitability of existing and potential stakeholders
\n\tExpand the scope, growth, and clientele of the brand
\n\tEnsure that standard operating procedures are maintained and followed through, maintaining the required service standards
\n\tProven ability to manage operational issues at stores
\n\tProven ability to manage quality control and compliance in line with SOP
\n\tAbility to achieve sales and GP% target
\n\tPeople management
\n\tHandling all operational issues for allocated stores
\n\tEnsuring quality and optimal compliance with SOP
\n\tSetting guidelines to ensure turnover, food cost, and operational expenses are managed to maximise net profitability
\n\tAssisting Franchise partners in trouble shooting
\n\tAttending to customer complaints and implementing corrective action
\n\tAttending to weekly reports on stores
\n\tPeople Management \u2013 Plan, organise, lead and control subordinates to ensure store objectives are met or exceeded
\n\tCoach and develop the team<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMarketing\/Business Development \/Business Administration
\n\tFranchise\/Corporate Store experience
\n\tGAAP\/ Micros experience
\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience as a Junior Operations Manager
\n\tMS Office (advanced)
\n\tDevelop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies
\n\tHandle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management
\n\tEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
\n\tFoster a positive work culture focused on engagement, retention, and development<\/p>\n
