ABOUT THE ROLE<\/p>\n
\tThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting referral growth through the effective execution of marketing and communication policies, processes, and systems. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding referral dynamics, and ensuring that communication is relevant, timely, and aligned with organisational objectives.
\n\tYou will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to support referral pathways and ensure that marketing efforts translate into measurable growth.<\/p>\n
You will:<\/p>\n
\tExecute marketing and communication policies, processes, and systems.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral stakeholders.
\n\tUnderstand stakeholder needs and tailor communication accordingly.
\n\tSupport referral growth through structured engagement and communication initiatives.
\n\tManage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tReport on daily activities and referral-related outcomes.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to support coordinated marketing efforts.
\n\tMaintain an active professional network and contribute to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

ABOUT YOU<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 7 qualification in Marketing or related discipline
\n\tProven experience executing marketing and communication activities in a multi-site or healthcare environment
\n\tStrong understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
\n\tAbility to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
\n\tApplied knowledge aligned with the Global Professional Marketing Framework (CIM)<\/p>\n
