Minimum Qualification Required<\/p>\n
\tRegulatory Exam (RE 5) \u00a0
\n\tCommercial FAIS credits \u00a0
\n\tMatric \/ NQF 4<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years Business \/ Commercial Insurance background \u00a0\u00a0
\n\t3 years Inbound\/Outbound call centre experience. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tMultimark III proficient \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDeliverables include, but will not be limited to
\n\tConsistently writing R125 0000 GWP plus a month \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tConsistently achieving a Lead \u2013 Quote conversion rate above 65% \u00a0
\n\tConsistently achieving a Quote – Sale conversion rate above 35% \u00a0
\n\tAchieve minimum quality score of 90% \u00a0
\n\tData accuracy score of 90%\u00a0<\/p>\n
